The Georgia Business Council is pleased to announce that C. David Moody, Jr., Owner and CEO of C.D. Moody Construction Co., Inc., has been elected Chair of the Small Business Input Committee (SBIC) for the 2026–2028 term. A respected leader in the construction industry and a long-standing advocate for small business development, Moody brings a strong track record of leadership, growth and industry impact to this role.
As MBEIC Chair, Moody will help guide the collective voice of small businesses, working in partnership with corporate members and stakeholders to strengthen opportunities, advance supplier readiness and support long-term business growth across the network.
We extend our appreciation to all who participated in the election process. We also congratulate Charlette Wynn, CEO and President of P3 Delivery, who has been elected to serve as MBEIC Vice Chair. Together, their leadership will play a critical role in driving collaboration, amplifying engagement and advancing the mission of supporting minority businesses throughout Georgia and beyond.
